Studio Policies
The Wildlight Studio (Owner) agrees to rent the premises to Renter for any future agreed upon reservation date and beginning/end times booked and paid for in advance.
Both parties agree to keep, perform, and fulfill the promises, conditions, and agreements expressed below:
Cancellation - The Wildlight Studio provides no refunds upon cancellation. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you may do so for a fee of $50. Any scheduling changes must be requested no later than 72 hours before your scheduled reservation. Otherwise, you will need to book a new reservation.
Property - Renter agrees to maintain the premises, furniture and all equipment within the premises in as good a condition as they were at the beginning of the term. They agree to dispose of all trash in the provided trash cans and clean up any messes that occur during their rental period. If the studio is not left in good condition (i.e. trash thrown away, props placed back in original locations, and messes cleaned up) and/or the Renter is late leaving the premises, they will be charged a $100.00 fee.
Renter agrees that the Wildlight Studio may conduct video surveillance of any portion of its premises at any time, the only exception being private areas of restrooms, and dressing rooms, and that video cameras will be positioned in appropriate places within and around the building and used in order to help promote the safety and security of people and property.
Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the premises and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the premises.
Liability - This agreement releases Owner from all liability relating to physical injuries and/or injury to Renter’s equipment that may occur during any future rental period agreed upon between Owner and Renter. Renter agrees to hold Owner entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.

FAQs
How many people can be in the studio at one time?
We allow up to 7 guests per session without special permission or an additional fee. If your project requires more than 7 people present, please let us know the nature of your event to see if we can accommodate your needs. Per the nature of our studio we only allow 1 photographer per booking due to liability insurance.
Can we access the studio early? Can we leave late?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you may purchase additional studio time based on availability. Late departure (monitored by security camera) is $50/every 30 minutes and may result in a loss of future studio use if your late departure impacts another guest.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. Items left behind are kept in lost and found. If you believe you left something in the studio, please contact a Studio Manager with a description of the item.
Is food and drink allowed in the studio?
Food and drink are allowed in the studio. Dark or red drinks (ex: red wine, cranberry juice, coke, etc) are not allowed in the studio. For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, please do not stain our white props.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Pets are not allowed inside the building our studio unless given approval
Should i clean?
Yes. Please allow for a few minutes at the end of your shoot for a quick clean up. Sweeping and picking up trash. If there is damage found in the studio before your session, please contact us as you could be held responsible if not. If the space is left noticeably un-clean it will result in an automatic $100 cleaning fee charged to the cc on file.
Should I put things back where they were when I arrived or should I leave the studio looking like a tornado came through it at the end of my reservation?
Please move furniture and props back to where you found them.

You will receive easy-to-understand instructions on how to access the studio 1-2 hours prior to your reservation. Please read thoroughly.
